There are only 19 days left in 2019, 19 days before we start the new decade. What are you planning to do before the start of 2020? Are you just parking the remainder of the year professionally to focus on family or are you someone that enjoys planning work activity ahead of January 1? There is no right and wrong just choice and options for you to muse over.

- Spend time in nature
- Handwrite a letter or postcard of thanks
- Share your value with someone else
- Undertake a review of the last 12 months
- Make a list of what you are grateful for
- Start writing a blog
- Do something you love that you rarely make time for
- Make an hour for yourself at least three times a week
- Laugh every day between now and the end of the year
